Holy cow, it's been forever and a day since I did any sort of announcement up in here. >>

We've had some staff changes. AeA now has two Global Moderators, Chame Chiyoko ((aka Jet)) and Saishuu Mikomi ((aka Chanel)), and...that's it. The Gmods will be handle reviews of student profiles, as well as moving old threads to archives and such. Why? Well, real life obligations are becoming more and more pressing, leaving me with less and less free time in which to handle everything on the site on my own. I will still be reviewing the faculty member profiles as they come in (which reminds me...Jet, I WILL get to your profile sometime soon), as those are my babies.

Things have really slowed down it seems lately, and right now I'm not too concerned about it...don't get me wrong, it does concern me! I just know that things generally tend to slow down during the holidays. After the holidays are over with, I may look at adding some rules to help out with activity on the site. For now though, folks try to post when ya can, kay?

Off and on during December, the site may be entering maintenance mode as I clean things up. Everything is...kinda cluttered, jumbled and crowded and I don't like it. I'll be taking down boards, making new ones and such as needed. Also, polls and such will be opened and suggestions threads started here and there to get ideas on how to make AeA a better forum overall. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE everybody to give feedback on these threads when they crop up, as they will help me clean things up immensely!

This is a villains only RP area. Much of the campus is included in this area, but without as many detailed boards. There are also areas here accessible only to villains.

RP Area: Eurus Dormitories
[ ]Common Room (2 sub-boards)
Automated double doors open before you, ushering you into the common room of the Eurus Dormitory. The common room looks more like a waiting room than anything else. To the right is a doorway leading to the Women's Wing, while another to the left leads to the Men's Wing. If you go further into the common room, you will see a door leading to a small library and another leading to what appears to be an exercise room.

RP Area: Learning Areas
[ ]Training Areas (3 sub-boards)
Training for students takes place in one of three areas. The Holo Halls are used for running battle simulations and the buildings are clustered together on the West end of the campus. Sparring dojos are located in a large building to the East of the dormitories, for used for basic combatives training and sparring matches between students and faculty. Located in the center of the campus is the Arena, used for matches involving powers between senshi and knights. The floor of the Arena also serves as an auditorium, with theatre style seats that come up from the floor.

To the North of the dormitories stands a large building which houses the classrooms. ((Rather than having this broke down by subject, this board is has sub boards set up by the class period. Classes such as art, music, shop, computer lab, etc need to have threads started in the subboards under Other Areas.))

To the North East of the dormitories is another building, where the various labs and fine arts rooms are located.

RP Area: Faculty Only
[ ]Teacher's Lounge
In the building which houses most of the classrooms, there is a room that is off limits to all students. The teacher's lounge features a couple of comfy old couches, a variety of vending machines, and a coffee table with an assortment of magazines. A long counter in the back of the room houses a sink, a set of cupboards and a coffee pot. which gets plenty of use. A plug in tea kettle sets on the counter for those who'd prefer tea over the caffeine loaded coffee.

To the far southwest edge of the camp lies the staff housing. Nothing fancy, just simple two story townhouses, with two townhouses to a building.

Aside from the Holo Halls, the administration building is the largest standing building on the campus. Located just a stone's throw south of the Arena, the building serves as office to the Headmistresses of Crystal Academy, storage for student records, and is home to the High Priestess herself. Beneath the building is a labyrinth of corridors, where the network hub of the entire planet is located.

RP Area: Activity Areas
[ ]Athletic Center (3 sub-boards)
Scattered across the campus are various sports complexes, housing anything from soccer, baseball, softball, and football fields to gymnasiums with volleyball and basketball courts. There are a couple Olympic size swimming pools and a tennis court located on campus as well.

[ ]Recreation Center (4 sub-boards)
On the far western edge of the is an area known simply as the Recreaton Center. Though such a description might give one the impression of a building, this is actuall a sprawl of buildings. There is a strip mall for shopping fun, a food court and a restaurant, a karoake bar, an arcade, a theatre, and a park area. For students wanting to have a good time, this is the place to be.

Once a month, a student is chosen and subjected to torture...err...I mean an interview, conducted by other players. You may vote using all the accounts you have at your disposal.
